HOW TO ORDER A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

  • You can order any repeat prescriptions you have using the following methods:
  • Using the counterfoil on your prescription or a request form from the reception desk.  At least TWO WORKING DAYS notice is required.
  • Log into the official NHS app and order through your online record**
  • Post your request to us.  If you want your prescription posting back to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.  Please allow TWO TO THREE WORKING DAYS.

 

*Your prescription has to be due, in review date and with remaining issues for SystmOnline to allow you to order automatically.  If you do not see your prescription in the options provided you can send us a manual text request through instead.

**NHS app must be linked to your SystmOnline account

 

Please note that as of October 2023 we will no longer accept Pharmacies ordering your prescription on your behalf.
